  1. Wow to the dynamics of your living quarters! I could only hope that the foodie trend setters find appeal in my little surburb, however we didi get a coffee shop which does the best double shot caps with ground chocolate coffee beans. So I am not complaining. BUT!! PAR FRIED!! Please tell me you will try to recreate this so I can try your recipe at home!

    That pizza dough is so unique. I never though about using tapioca flour in pizza dough but I can tell by that crust the big holes and golden tint is hiding a perfectly textured base, not too chewy.

  2. Sitting here at the office telling myself over and over that the Thai chicken salad I ate for lunch was “totally satisfying” and dreaming of the day I will splurge on this pizza. I’m dying, you’re so good at life! Beautiful, tantalizing, I can almost smell it through your photos. (Have you read about Baking Steel? I want one for further trying to better my home pizza-making..)
