  1. Ok, crazy about this prosciutto salt! food stories/memories are so much more vibrant than any other kind, and I feel like nothing speaks more than a stew, soup, or chowder. Anything that can be slurped and shared!

  2. yes!! i love clam chowder, but i try to space it out with healthier things. don’t have to do it with this one (it’s so great when you can use whole milk instead of cream and it tastes just as good). also- love the farro trick! sometimes risotto gets too sticky for me.
