(简体)(繁體) Despite the respectable effort of window displays everywhere and pretty little fashion magazines who would like us to believe that the next season is upon us and seduce us into stocking up on goose-down parkas or snuggy scarfs, the truth is that the chances of heatwaves is right around the corner on any given Wednesday, and will last well into October for the freakier parts of the world at least.  This is a confession coming from a dark corner inside a pre-season shopaholic who, almost every year, excitedly opens a box full of winter goodies sometime in September while sweating profusely in her tank-tops and couldn't stop the idea of downing a bowl of something really cold

(ENGLISH) 虽然到处的百货公司橱窗和美丽的时尚杂志尽了最大的努力要让我们相信,下一季节已经来临,是大量进购羽绒大衣和温暖的围巾的时候了。但事实上,下一泼热浪来临一直到十月都还随时可能发生。这个告诫是来自一个-下一季购物狂-内心深处黑暗的角落。每一年九月,她总是一边兴奋地打开一箱充满了冬季新货的箱子,却一边冒着大滴小滴的汗珠,心想只能想着吃一碗冰冰凉凉的东西. .. 任何冰凉的东西! 各位可能想,冷面?实在不是一个创世纪新产品。但是我要说,日本才是真正的冷面达人。只要是吃过日本冷荞麦面或是素面的人就知道,我心里所想的是一个天才概念名为“ DIP'N SLURP”。不要小看这个,把酱料和面条分开的简单概念。除了它明显地将“吃冷面”这回事变得生动有趣之外,它真实的意义其实另在别处。这表面上看起来只是噱头的动作,其实贡献在于它让面条和浆料能够保持在不同的温度。就好像素面常常上菜时是浸泡在冰水内,而沾酱和配料则是常温。当然它也同时让面条本身保持口感,不会因为吸入过多水分而变得软烂。 当然规规矩矩地写一篇关于日本冷面的post 也没什么不对,但是老实说,我自己都听烦了“各大华人超市都可以买到
