  1. If your creations are anything to go by; I am saving all my ingredients for when you bring out these solo recipes! PS.I think the amoutn fo salt in it is good but then again this coming for someone who eats soy sauce, oyster sauce and oil on plain udon as a snack.

  3. I love your golden rule of shortbread – so simple and easy! I will attempt to put it into play this weekend, and see what results. By all accounts, it won’t be as great as these beauties! Though I have to say that I can relate to the idea of eating cold oatmeal – muesli has become my favourite way of consuming oats, and cooled down, congealed cooked oatmeal couldn’t be that different than rice pudding, no?

    Like the idea of cookie-lids! This is super creative and interesting, I’m going to play with trying cookie-lids with some kind of warm berry situation underneath…
