  1. Can I just say you’re my girl crush…You had me at your drool worthy niu rou mian pictures and I stayed for the wit and all the delicious food here. I’ll be trying this recipe and maybe pairing it with the hainanese chicken flavored rice.

  3. Do you reheat the chicken before serving?? I was just wondering since it has to marinate with the pesto for an hour or longer. If so how would you reccommend reheating?

  4. Omg, we just had this for dinner and it was amazing!! And you were so right, the rice warmed everything perfectly. I will be making this again and again and again! Next time I am gonna try if this works with fish (salmon) for my vegetarian friend!

The photo looks appetizing, the recipe sounds delicious and besides the crispy chicken cracklin could redeem even the sins of Leona Helmsley when you place it just so. Admittedly you have turned whining into an art form. It There is a lot to be said for an obsessive lazy perfectionist when it comes to cooking. The proof is in the pudding. I love your voice, and your food is orgasmic. Dont change a hair. I happen to be hunkered down in Thailand at the moment and they sell chicken cracklins by the bag at the fried chicken stalls. It is an embassment of richness. Without a doubt my choice if I were banished to a desert island with only one snack. Keep up the good work.
