I’m almost afraid to admit it – I’ll do it just for you – but I was more heartbroken and lost when my beloved pet friend died than when my mother passed away a few years ago. My pet was like my baby. My home was so empty. My condolences. May peace come to you soon…

I recently had to put down my dog of 16 years two weeks ago. The pain is immeasurable and I’m sure you’re finding little to no comfort. Take faith in your recipes, your pups, and your loving husband. Because that shit is REAL.
