    • Darren, I went for a top-broiler setting on high. If you don’t have a broiler setting, just use the highest temperature you got on the oven.

  1. my family absolutely loves this salad!! we up the ginger a bit in the dressing, but otherwise keep everything else exactly as is :) we probably make this at least once a month – thanks for the awesome recipe!
