  1. Mandy is right. This recipe is so so so easy to make and makes a great dinner dish. Love the idea of boneless chicken legs rolled so you can slice it. Lots of people don’t like bones, plus it makes for such a great presentation. Simple CAN translate into something complex.

  2. I made this for tonight as the cold, non-smoky part of a big bbbq blowout for my father’s bday and it got RAVE reviews. Everyone loved it. It was simple and familiar but different enough to be interesting. And I loved how easy it was to make ahead of time so I didn’t have to worry about it while juggling 5 different proteins on the grill.
    With all of your recipes, I’m quickly earning a reputation as the impressive, worldly cook in the family. ^_^ Thanks, Mandy!
