  1. Amazing! Can I make this in a tart pan? And does that mean I gotta reduce the baking time? Since the height is a lot less than a pie’s height..

  2. Stephanie, I guess you will have to roll a thinner crust and you will have a shallower filling. It will reduce the cooking although I haven’t tested it so its hard to be exact. If I were using a tart pan, I would probably check the custards done-ness after 20 min and see how it’s doing.

  3. Hi Mandy! I keep hearing people rave about Thomas Keller. I think it’s time I bought his book(/s?) What size pan did you use?
